Kuala Lumpur, 17th February 2023 – Joining the Corolla Cross range of crossover SUVs is the dynamically-focused Corolla Cross 1.8 GR Sport variant. While sharing the same design as the other locally-assembled variants, the imported Corolla Cross 1.8 GR Sport offers sportier looks on the exterior and interior, as well as a sporty driving feel and greater handling.

The Corolla Cross 1.8 GR Sport is differentiated on the exterior by the following features:

• 2-tone package with black exterior on outer mirrors, roof and rear spoiler

• Clear lens LED rear lamp, exclusive rear bumper lower garnish design and sporty diffuser

• Radiator grille with a black finish and mesh design for a bold and sportier impression

• 18-inch twin-spoke alloy wheels with exclusive GR Sport design and machined finish

• 3 exterior colour choices – 2-tone Platinum White Pearl, 2-tone Red Mica Metallic and 2- tone Nebula Blue

• On the inside of the Corolla Cross GR Sport are the following exclusive features:

• Black interior with Red Stitching on leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather-wrapped gear shift lever knob and boot, and leather seat covers

• GR logo on the engine push-start button and embossed on the front seat headrests

• Carpet mats with GR design

All other features and equipment for the Corolla Cross GR Sport are similar to those of the Corolla Cross 1.8V. These include roof rails, 8-way power adjustment for the driver’s seat and reclining rear seats, 9-Inch infotainment display (Android Auto & Apple Carplay Ready) and Power Back Door with Kick Sensor.

The Corolla Cross GR Sport is also equipped with advanced Toyota Safety Sense 2.0, 3D Panoramic View Monitor, 7 SRS airbags and for security, a Vehicle Telematics System is included.
