The G6 is available in two variants

580 Pro

Equipped with a 66 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, it offers a range of up to 435 kilometers, delivers 255 horsepower, and reaches a top speed of 200 km/h. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.6 seconds.

755 Pro

Features an 87.5 kWh Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) battery, providing a range of up to 570 kilometers, 282 horsepower, and a top speed of 200 km/h. This variant accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.2 seconds.

The G6 is designed for exceptional energy efficiency and charging performance. It incorporates an 800-volt silicon carbide (SiC) platform for ultra-fast DC charging, with capacities of 215 kW for the 580 Pro and 280 kW for the 755 Pro. Both variants can charge from 10% to 80% in just 20 minutes using DC rapid charging.

Exterior Design

The G6 is designed to appeal to the younger generation, featuring a striking body with a tech-fluid aesthetic. Its sleek, aerodynamic lines contribute to enhanced efficiency and handling. The design includes short front and rear overhangs and a low centre of gravity for improved aerodynamics and driving stability. The suspended roof design offers ample interior space and comfort.

Interior Features

Following XPENG’s "Simplicity" design philosophy, the G6 incorporates the “Circle of Life” concept into its state-of-the-art interior. The cabin offers generous legroom and headroom, with ergonomically designed seats made from eco-friendly materials. The seats provide ventilation and heating, including cushion and headrest adjustments, 6-way power adjustments, 4-way lumbar support with position memory, and a Welcome Mode. Rear seats are also equipped with heating.

The G6 includes dual wireless charging pads with 50W capacity each, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, and an XFreeBreath air purification system to ensure a clean cabin environment.

The vehicle features the upgraded Xmart OS 5.0 operating system, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon SA8155P chipset. This system includes a 14.96-inch high-resolution central control screen and a 10.2-inch digital dashboard. The Intelligent Voice Assistant offers an interactive avatar and refined voice quality. The XPENG mobile app enables remote vehicle control through Smart Vehicle Control.

The infotainment system supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and includes a comprehensive music and video library, entertainment, and social media applications. The system will receive periodic Over-the-Air (OTA) updates, ensuring it remains future-proof and continues to offer customizable smart driving functions.

The G6 features an 18-speaker XOpera surround sound system with a total power of 960W, panoramic sound technology, and XPENG’s proprietary acoustic algorithm for an immersive audio experience.

Availability and Pricing

The XPENG G6 Ultra Smart Coupe SUV, imported as a Completely Built-Up (CBU) unit from China, is available in five colours: Midnight Black, Silver Frost, Arctic White, Graphite Gray, and Fiery Orange. The interior options include leatherette in Black and Grey.

Pricing starts at RM 165,000.00* for the 580 Pro variant and RM 185,000.00* for the 755 Pro variant. The G6 is backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty (or 120,000 km, whichever comes first) and an 8-year high-voltage battery pack warranty (or 160,000 km, whichever comes first).

Safety features include both standard and advanced elements under the XPILOT 2.5 system. Standard features encompass seven airbags and electronic child locks. Advanced safety features of XPILOT 2.5 include Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Stop & Go, Lane Centering Control (LCC), Active Lane Change (ALC), and Enhanced Auto Parking Assist (EAP 2.0). The system also includes Auto Exit Parking Assist (AEP) accessible via the XPENG mobile app, Straight Summon, Driver State Monitoring (DSM), Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), Intelligent High Beam (IHB), Blind-spot Detection (BSD), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Emergency Lane Keeping (ELK), Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA), and Rear Collision Warning (RCW).
