Cyberjaya 21st August 2024 – Dongfeng is set to launch the BOX, the inaugural model built on the Dongfeng Quantum Architecture S3 platform, in Q4 2024. With dimensions of 4020/1810/1570 mm, the BOX is designed to be compact and nimble, featuring a chic and stylish design suitable for urban young professionals and families.

Design The BOX showcases a modern, fashionable design with smooth, rounded contours and through-type LED headlights. It features a contrasting suspended roof and frameless doors with hidden sensor handles, adding to its sophisticated appearance. Inside, the vehicle boasts high-grade leather with a diamond pattern, 32-color ambient lighting, and frameless rearview mirrors.

Space Despite its compact exterior length of 4020 mm, the BOX offers an impressive interior with a 2663 mm wheelbase, optimizing space utilization to 66%.

Performance The BOX is equipped with the Mach E ten-in-one electric drive system, offering high efficiency, integration, and low energy consumption. It delivers 70 kW of power, 160 N·m of torque, and a top speed of 140 km/h. The vehicle supports both fast and slow charging, with a 30-minute DC charge bringing it from 30% to 80%. Additionally, it features an external discharge function for powering devices while camping.
