The official unveiling ceremony took place at the Axiata Arena in Bukit Jalil and was attended by prominent figures, including YB Senator Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul Aziz, the Minister of Investment, Trade, and Industry, along with key executives from PROTON and DRB-HICOM.

Return to the C-Segment Sedan Market Marking a return to the C-segment sedan market, the Proton S70 follows the introduction of three successful SUV models since 2018 – Proton X70, Proton X50, and Proton X90. This latest addition, developed in collaboration with Geely, signifies PROTON's commitment to innovation and local collaboration, evident in the 260,000 man-hours invested by PROTON’s R&D engineers.

Powered by a 1.5L turbocharged engine delivering 150PS of power and 226Nm of torque, the Proton S70 ensures enhanced efficiency with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The sedan boasts a distinctive appearance, featuring LED headlamps, stylish 17-inch alloy wheels, a sunroof, and a rear tail light bar. Interior comfort is prioritized with leatherette seats, a driver power seat, and rear air vents.

Prices and Packages Buyers enjoy a comprehensive package, including a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty and six complimentary labor services with the Standard Package. The Flagship and Flagship X variants include a 5-year 1GB/month data package. Low financing rates from 2.34% per annum are offered via Proton Commerce, with additional benefits for PROTON Insurance Program holders.

Proton S70 Features – Intelligence That Evolves Available in four variants – Executive, Premium, Flagship, and Flagship X – the Proton S70 offers advanced features. The top two variants come with the “Hi PROTON” voice command, providing online navigation, music streaming, and weather forecasts via a 12.3-inch infotainment head unit. The PROTON Link app enables remote engine start for cabin cooling.

Safety First Prioritizing safety, the Proton S70 has been awarded a 5-star safety rating by ASEAN NCAP. It incorporates 6 SRS airbags and an extensive array of 13 Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features, including AEB, ICC, TSI, and LCA.
